If this doesn't work, then a poll won't work either. The poll didn't work now either, since 77% voted no. OK fair does, I should have asked him to remove it, but the point still stands, that was not a suitable avatar. If it was something else, then yes I would have asked. If he had done that in other places/forums, they will just remove it, and even worse, that can lead to a ban from that place/forum. So no regrets here.
