| Unfortantly, I forgot to put one more "Player" in the results, and I went and lost it all, and in my anger, I went and ripped up the paper, screwed it up in a ball and threw it out of the window.  But I do know (thanks to memory) who got in 3rd, 2nd and 1st... | Who says I was joking? Don't throw away results, unless you know for sure you have them somewhere else!
But if it makes you feel better, you're not the first to lose the results. I've seen at least two instances by other tourney hosters where they also lost their results, although because of other reasons.
If that's already something that will cause you to lose control like that, I suggest you stop hosting tourneys though. Take it from me, I've hosted plenty of them with two of them having around 60 players in them.
I guess you also haven't met people like Neuro yet. The guy managed to cause a dispute in RR tourneys (who can you cause a dispute THERE? It's just about the most straightforward scheme there is!) and even before I made my decision, he was calling me biased.

| Ok, Shirdel... A hint for the future then.
Write all the results down in a text document after each round. And make sure to SAVE it after each round. It's a very good method. Your computer could crash. You could erase something by mistake etc but you will still have it there. | |
